Nagano Business and Language College (Nagano Campus) Receives Accreditation as a Japanese Language Education Institution
“Nagano Business and Language College (Nagano Campus) has officially received accreditation as a Japanese Language Education Institution through the second certification review for the 2025 academic year conducted by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT).

Following the earlier accreditation of the Ikebukuro Campus, Nagano Campus has become the second certified institution within the ISI Japanese Language School Group.
Information About the Accredited Nagano Campus
This system was established to ensure the quality of Japanese language education and promote the ongoing improvement of educational environments. Under this system, MEXT certifies Japanese language education institutions that meet specific standards in areas such as educational content, faculty and staff system, and school management.
At Nagano Campus, we have been committed to providing student-centered education that supports each student in a calm learning environment surrounded by the beauty of nature.
Building on this certification, we will continue our efforts to provide a safe and supportive environment that encourages growth.

What is an Accredited Japanese Language Education Institution?
Established in 2023, this new system replaced the former Ministry of Justice–designated schools framework, under which MEXT evaluates and accredits institutions based on factors such as educational quality and operational systems.
Receiving this accreditation requires institutions to deliver more reliable Japanese language education by ensuring educational quality and continuously improving the learning environment.
