The WEWORLD Group (WEWORLD Inc., ISI Inc., Togen Group Inc., Newline Inc., and Educational Corporation ISI Gakuen; hereinafter "the Group") is a corporate group that operates businesses in education, recruitment, and lifestyle support for the development of globally minded talent. We recognize that the appropriate and secure handling of personal information belonging to customers and other stakeholders who use the services of each Group company is an important social responsibility.
The Group hereby establishes this Personal Information Protection Policy as set out below, and declares that it will implement and comply with this Policy by ensuring it is thoroughly communicated to Group officers, employees, and others.

1. We will comply with laws, government guidelines, and other norms regarding the handling of personal information and the personal information of employees in all business operations.
2. When acquiring and using personal information, it will be obtained through lawful and appropriate means, and will be used only within the scope of the specified purposes. Furthermore, we will not handle it beyond the scope of the specified purposes.
3. Personal information obtained will not be provided to third parties, except in cases where consent from the individual has been obtained or as required by law.
4. We will implement reasonable safety measures and corrective actions against risks such as unauthorized access, loss, and leakage of all personal information handled within our group.
5. Our group will respond sincerely and promptly to requests from individuals for the disclosure, correction, deletion, and suspension of their personal information, as well as to any complaints or consultations.

Handling of Personal Information

Our company is committed to handling and protecting the personal information we receive in accordance with the 'Personal Information Protection Law' and the 'ISI Group Personal Information Protection Policy' as follows.

1. Definition of Personal Information
In this regulation, "personal information" refers to information concerning a living individual that can identify a specific person or can be identified. Specifically, it means all information related to an individual, such as name, nationality, address, phone number, email address, date of birth, family composition, health status, academic performance, etc.

2. Purpose of Use of Personal Information
We use personal information provided to us for the following purposes:
(1) Sending materials and communication
(2) Operations as an educational institution (admissions and selection, coursework and evaluation, contacting graduates, etc.)
(3) To conduct joint use within the ISI group
(4) Other purposes related to the above

3. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
Our company will not provide personal information to third parties except in the following cases:
(1) When there is consent from the individual (student or guardian, etc.)
(2) When requested based on laws and regulations
(3) When there is an imminent danger to a person's life or body, and it is recognized as an urgent necessity
(4) When it is recognized that there is a need to inform guardians about the student's attendance status, grades, etc.
(5) When requested by the individual, in cases such as applying for overseas travel, arranging airline tickets, applying for visas, school enrollment procedures, dormitory procedures, homestay procedures, accommodation arrangements, airport transfers, part-time job introductions, and employment placement.

4. Joint Use of Personal Information
We may share the personal information we have received with our group companies listed in the "Scope of Joint Users" below.

Items of personal information for joint use.	Student's name, address, phone number, fax number, email address, nationality, affiliated school, class, enrollment/graduation date, portrait (photo/video), manuscript/work.

Purpose of use for collaborators.	Public relations activities, fundraising, participation in exchange events, emergency safety confirmation, information provision, and advancement within group schools.

5. Outsourcing of Personal Information
In order to conduct our operations smoothly, we may outsource part of our business to external contractors, and may provide, or have already provided, personal information to such contractors to the extent necessary for that purpose. In such cases, we and our Group companies will conduct appropriate oversight of these contractors, including entering into contracts governing the handling of such information.

6. Disposal of Personal Information
Among the personal information provided to us by customers, any information determined to no longer be needed for its intended purpose of use will be disposed of in a manner that prevents its reconstruction.

7. Inquiries Regarding Personal Information
If we receive any of the following requests from an individual regarding student personal information under our management, we will respect the individual's wishes and respond as needed within a reasonable scope:
(1) Disclosure of the information
(2) Correction, update, or suspension of use
(3) Partial or full withdrawal of consent previously given regarding our use of the individual's personal information
Please note that we will ask you to bear the actual cost of postage in the case of disclosure requests.
