The WEWORLD Group (WEWORLD Co., Ltd., ISI Co., Ltd., Togen Group Co., Ltd., New Line Co., Ltd., ISI Gakuen Educational Institution, hereinafter referred to as "the Group") is a corporate group engaged in businesses such as education, recruitment, and life support for the development of global human resources. We recognize that the appropriate and safe handling of personal information of our customers and related parties who use the services of the Group is an important social obligation.
We declare that the Group will establish a personal information protection policy as follows, and by thoroughly informing the Group's executives, employees, etc., we will implement and comply with it.

Our company is committed to handling and protecting the personal information we receive in accordance with the 'Personal Information Protection Law' and the 'ISI Group Personal Information Protection Policy' as follows.

1. Definition of Personal Information
In this regulation, "personal information" refers to information concerning a living individual that can identify a specific person or can be identified. Specifically, it means all information related to an individual, such as name, nationality, address, phone number, email address, date of birth, family composition, health status, academic performance, etc.

2. Purpose of Use of Personal Information
Our company will use the personal information you provide for the following purposes.
(1) Sending materials and communication
(2) Operations as an educational institution (admissions, selection, course evaluation, communication with graduates, etc.)
(3) To conduct joint use within the ISI group
(4) Other purposes related to the above

3. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
Our company will not provide personal information to third parties except in the following cases:
(1) When there is consent from the individual (student or guardian, etc.)
(2) When requested based on laws and regulations
(3) When there is an imminent danger to a person's life or body, and it is recognized as an urgent necessity
(4) When it is recognized that there is a need to inform guardians about the student's attendance status, grades, etc.
(5) When requested by the individual, in cases such as applying for overseas travel, arranging airline tickets, applying for visas, school enrollment procedures, dormitory procedures, homestay procedures, accommodation arrangements, airport transfers, part-time job introductions, and employment placement.

4. Joint Use of Personal Information
We may share the personal information we have received with our group companies listed in the "Scope of Joint Users" below.
