[Ikebukuro Campus] Notice of Completed Periodic Audit for International Standard "ISO 29991"

The Ikebukuro Campus of ISI Language College has completed a regular review of its language learning services according to the international standard 'ISO29991'. (Certification body: JAMOTE Certification Services Co., Ltd.)

The "ISO29991" is a set of requirements specifically tailored for language learning service providers, aimed at improving the quality of language learning services and, consequently, enhancing customer satisfaction. Regular audits are conducted annually, with a renewal audit every three years.

At the Ikebukuro Campus, the regular audit for ISO29991:2020 was conducted on February 19, 2026 (Thursday), and was successfully completed.

As a result of the audit, there were no requests for improvement, non-conformities, or observations noted in all audit items, and comments regarding efforts for further quality improvement, along with three strong points, were positively evaluated.

1. Enhancement of the Teacher Training System

Training opportunities are provided for all teachers, regardless of their teaching experience, and an environment has been established where class observations can be conducted without restrictions. During class observations, attention is paid not only to the teaching methods of the instructors but also to the responses of the learners, and a commitment to interactive teaching is shared. This system has been established to enable teachers to continuously enhance their teaching skills.

2. Public relations and information provision based on a consistent policy.

The public relations activities of the language learning service are conducted under a unified organizational policy, providing accurate and easily understandable information regarding the service content and learning outcomes. Through transparent operations that avoid excessive expressions, a system for providing information that is easy for users to assess has been established.

3. Consistency of the Management System and Operations

Based on a well-organized system established within the organization, operations are being carried out carefully and reliably. The operational policy is thoroughly permeated throughout the entire school, and a system that leads to the continuous improvement of the quality of language learning services is being maintained.
