[ISI Career Foreign Language Academy, Shibuya-Harajuku Campus / Takadanobaba Campus] Notice of Completed Periodic Audit for International Standard "ISO 29991:2020"

The regular audit for the international standard "ISO29991:2020" for language learning services has been completed at ISI Career and Language Academy, Shibuya-Harajuku and ISI Career and Language Academy, Takadanobaba. (Certification body: JAMOTE Certification Services Co., Ltd.)

The "ISO29991:2020" is a set of requirements specifically tailored for language learning service providers, aimed at improving the quality of language learning services and, consequently, enhancing customer satisfaction.

Regular audits are conducted annually, with a renewal audit every three years.

On January 29 and 30, 2026, on-site audits were carried out at both campuses.

As a result of the audit, there were no non-conformities or observations noted in all audit items, and comments were provided regarding efforts for further quality improvement, along with four strong points that were recognized.

This time, a multiple audit was conducted for ISI Career and Language Academy, Shibuya-Harajuku Campus and Takadanobaba Campus, confirming the reliable quality of educational services and stable operational systems at both campuses.

1. A clear understanding of the needs of learners and sponsors.

We analyzed the sponsors of language learning services from multiple perspectives, including financial supporters, learners dispatched by companies, and the companies that serve as the end destination, confirming that they are engaged in excellent initiatives. It was also found that not only is there careful communication with learners, but the headquarters' human resources department, which has a license for paid employment services, understands the needs of companies through corporate briefings and job expos organized by ISI.

2. Appropriate information provision before enrollment.

The information regarding the language learning service has been communicated sufficiently and effectively through recruitment guidelines and the website, and it is clear that there is a sincere attitude towards acquiring quality students from the content of the communication. It has also been confirmed that progress in multilingual support is being made.

3. Enhancement of the system for accepting learners.

I have confirmed that the 'Student Life Start Book' is a document that systematically and clearly organizes information regarding the school's philosophy, various regulations concerning enrollment, and student life, adequately covering necessary matters. It is highly evaluated as a useful foundational resource for students to understand the school's policies and important considerations for living as they start their studies, and it functions appropriately to indicate the state of the school's support system.

4. Establishing a Reliable Internal Audit System

The internal audit confirmed that a series of processes, from the planning of the audit to its execution, record management, and follow-up on corrective actions, are being operated appropriately and reliably. The sufficient competence of the auditors and the continuous implementation of objective evaluations aligned with the audit objectives significantly contribute to the effectiveness of the management system. In particular, the accurate reflection of audit results in improvement activities demonstrates a high level of organizational maturity, which is highly appreciated.
