How is this different from the Academic Preparation Japanese Course?

While the Academic Preparation Japanese Course is designed for students aiming to advance to university, graduate school, or vocational school, the Career Japanese Course is designed for students who want to learn business Japanese and the knowledge and skills needed for employment, in addition to general Japanese language study.

Can I get a job with JLPT N3?

You can find employment, but at ISI, we recommend acquiring a higher level of Japanese language proficiency before doing so. If your Japanese language skills are low, the types of jobs you can apply for are limited, and subsequent career development will not be easy. Rather than just aiming for a job offer, we prioritize developing a higher level of Japanese language proficiency to ensure success in your future career.

What is the job-hunting schedule like?

For new graduates, hiring selection typically begins in March, one year before graduation. Ideally, students should obtain JLPT N2 by the December before that or the following July's JLPT exam.
