Resume writing and interview preparation are conducted repeatedly, and free individual guidance is offered to those who wish for it. Can I get a job even at JLPT N3 level?

Even with N3 level Japanese proficiency, there are possibilities for employment; however, ISI recommends acquiring a higher level of Japanese language skills before seeking a job. The higher your language proficiency, the broader the range of job types you can apply for, which also leads to better performance and career development after employment. At ISI, the goal is not just to secure a job offer but to emphasize the importance of being able to thrive in your career thereafter. Therefore, it is essential to first acquire sufficient Japanese language skills.

When does job hunting begin?

In the case of new graduate recruitment, recruitment activities generally begin around March of the year before the expected graduation. Therefore, obtaining the JLPT N2 certification by December of the previous year or July of the following year is set as one of the goals.

Would I be classified as a new graduate hire or a mid-career hire?

The criteria vary by company. Generally, if you do not have work experience as a full-time employee or if you graduated within approximately three years, you can often apply as a new graduate.
