Certificate Issuance Service Information
The ISI Japanese Language School Group offers a “Certificate Issuance Service” where current students and graduates can apply for and obtain necessary certificates.
Service Overview
- Available to current students and graduates of ISI Japanese Language School Group.
- Apply for various certificates online 24 hours a day.
- Payment methods include credit cards, convenience store cash payments, and various multi-payment options.
Certificate Pickup Methods
- Convenience Store Printing: Multi-function copiers at 7-Eleven, FamilyMart, and Lawson stores nationwide
- School Office (Reservation required)
- Mail Delivery (Available domestically and internationally; separate shipping fees apply.)
Eligible Users
- Current Students: All enrolled students
- Graduates, Completion Students, and Withdrawals: Online application required for first-time use.
Students enrolled prior to the 2018 academic year cannot use this service. Please contact the school office.

First-time users: Please complete the “New Registration Procedure”.
Users who have already obtained an ID: Please use the “Login Site”.
* Graduates, program completers, and those who withdrew mid-program must apply for this service for the first time.
Certificate Receipt Methods
Convenience Store Printing
- Printing is available at multi-function copiers in 7-Eleven, FamilyMart, and Lawson stores nationwide.
- Printing Fee: ¥60 per sheet (separate charge)
- Printing Period: 7 days after application
- Sealed envelopes are not permitted.
Mail Delivery
- After application and payment, we will ship to the specified address.
- Domestic: Letter Pack / International: EMS or DHL (shipping fee separate)
- Shipped within 3 business days after payment confirmation.
In-Person Pickup
- After completing the online application and payment, please contact the school by phone or email to schedule a visit.
* Please note that counter services may be suspended during school events or extended holidays.
* If sealed delivery is required, please choose either mail delivery or in-person pickup.

About POPITA (Digital Watermark)
- The certificate contains a digital watermark embedded using POPITA technology.
- It cannot be copied and used.
- The recipient (company or university) can verify its authenticity.
Verification Method
- After accessing “POPITA,” hold the certificate over the scanner to proceed to the authenticity verification screen.
- Enter the “Verification Code” listed at the bottom of the received certificate.
- The applicant's information will be displayed.
POPITA certificates are not accepted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Important Notes
- Refund Policy: Fees paid for certificate issuance after application submission are non-refundable for any reason.
- Printing Deadline (for convenience store issuance): Valid for 7 days from application. Printing is unavailable after the 8th day, and fees are non-refundable.
- Sealed Envelope Requirement: Use postal mail or the office window.
- Students enrolled before 2018: This service is unavailable. Please contact the school office directly.
- Processing may take longer than the above timeframes due to incomplete applications or school events. Please apply well in advance.
Estimated Receipt Times
- Convenience Store Printing: Available for pickup on the same day after application.
- Mail Delivery: Shipped within 3 business days after payment completion.
- In-Person Pickup: Requires a campus visit appointment after payment completion.
