【Ikebukuro Campus】 Completion of ISO29991 Periodic Audit

The Ikebukuro Campus (ISI Language College) completed the regular audit for ‘ISO29991’, the international standard for language learning services. (Certification Body: JAMOTE Certification Services Co., Ltd.)

ISO29991 is a set of requirements specifically designed for language education providers to improve the quality of language learning service and enhance customer satisfaction. Regular audits are conducted annually, with a renewal audit carried out every three years.

Ikebukuro Campus successfully completed its regular ISO 29991:2020 audit on Thursday, February 19, 2026.

As a result of the audit, no improvement requests, nonconformities or observations were identified across all audit areas. The school received feedback on its initiatives toward further quality improvement, and three key strength were recognized.

Three Key Strengths of the Ikebukuro Campus

1. A Well-Established Teacher Training System

All instructors, regardless of their teaching experience, are provided with opportunities for professional training, and an environment has been established where classroom observations can be conducted without restriction. During these observations, they focus not only on instructor’s teaching methods but also on learners’ responses, reflecting a shared commitment to interactive learning. Through this system, a framework has been established that enables instructors to continuously enhance their teaching skills.

2. Public Relations and Information Provision Based on a Consistent Policy

Public relations activities for the language learning services are conducted under a unified organizational policy, ensuring that information about the services and learning outcomes is delivered clearly and accurately. By maintaining transparent operations and avoiding exaggerated expressions, the school provides information that allows users to make informed decisions.

3. Consistency in Management and Operations

Operations are carried out carefully and precisely within a structured organizational framework. Operational policies are shared across the entire campus, and a framework that contributes to the further improvement of language learning services is consistently maintained.
