On 27th November 2018, the Republic of Senegal’s Japanese Ambassador, Mr Gorgui Ciss, visited ISI Language School in Takadanobaba and ISI Language College in Ikebukuro.
He was guided around the schools by ISI’s chairman, Shojiro Ogino. Mr Ciss observed the various courses available at ISI, and took in the sight of young students from different countries interacting on our multicultural campus.
Mr Ciss exchanged opinions with Chairman Ogino, and stated that: “I want Japan and Senegal’s friendship to strengthen further. The young people of today will become the foundation of that friendship in the future, so I want to emphasise the benefits of cultural exchange and studying in Japan to the Senegal government.”
Chairman Ogino stated this in response.
“ISI is dedicated to the promotion and cultivation of true global personnel that will lead the next generation, and we’re keen to accelerate our efforts in this matter. We want to encourage students from Senegal and all over the world to study with us, and fill demand for global people in business and society.”
Chairman Ogino will be visiting Senegal in December this year, and will be meeting people related to politics and education to promote the cultivation of human resources in both countries.
