INFORMATION

ISO29991:2020 is a set of requirements specifically designed for language education providers to improve the quality of language learning service and enhance customer satisfaction.
Regular audits are conducted annually, with a renewal audit carried out every three years.
An on-site audit was conducted at both campuses over two days, on January 29 and 30, 2026.
As a result of the audit, no nonconformities or observations were identified across all audit criteria. The school received feedback on its initiatives toward further quality improvement, and four key strength were recognized.
The audit was conducted as a multiple assessment covering ISI Career and Language Academy, Shibuya-Harajuku Campus and Takadanobaba Campus, confirming that both campuses maintain a high standard of educational service quality and a stable operational framework.
The audit confirmed that the organization analyzes the stakeholders of its language learning services from multiple perspectives—including financial sponsors, company-dispatched learners, and prospective employers—and, based on this approach, delivers a high standard of operations. It was also observed that the headquarters’ Human Resources Division, which holds a license for paid employment placement services, understands company needs through corporate briefings and ISI-hosted job expos, while maintaining close communication with learners.
Sufficient and effective information on the language learning services is provided through application guidelines, the official website, and other channels, reflecting a genuine commitment to attracting high-quality students. It was also noted that multilingual support is being steadily expanded.
The “Student Life Guidebook” clearly and systematically presents the school’s philosophy, academic regulations, and important information related to student life, while appropriately covering all essential content. The brochure serves as a useful foundational resource for students as they begin their studies, helping them understand the school’s policies and key aspects of daily life. It is also highly regarded as an effective tool that reflects the well-established support system for student intake.
The internal audit process—encompassing audit planning, implementation, record management, and follow-up on corrective actions—was found to be conducted appropriately and accurately. The auditors are highly competent, and the continuous objective evaluations aligned with audit objectives contribute significantly to enhancing the effectiveness of the management system. In particular, audit results are appropriately reflected in improvement activities, demonstrating a high level of organizational maturity and is highly valued.
