Opening of the new Shibuya School of ISI Career Foreign Language Academy, a Japanese language school specializing in career support.

ISI Global Inc. ( Headquarters: Toshima-ku, Tokyo; President: Masaaki Ogino) will open a Japanese language school specializing in career support, “ISI Career Foreign Language Academy Shibuya School (tentative name)” (hereinafter “Shibuya School”), in Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, on April 1, 2023.

The Shibuya School is the second school following ISI Career and Language Academy, Harajuku School (hereinafter referred to as “Harajuku School”), which started last year as the industry’s first Japanese language school specializing in career support. In response to the growing demand from many international students and foreign businesspersons despite the Corona disaster, the school will open in Shibuya, a popular business location with good accessibility.

The Shibuya School will be the sixth Japanese language school in the ISI Group, which has one of the largest numbers of international students in Japan, and will provide tailor-made career support (*1) tailored to each student’s level by utilizing its accumulated educational know-how and knowledge of career support.
Recently, under the leadership of the Japanese government, the “300,000 Foreign Students Plan” has been fundamentally revised, and plans to further increase the number of foreign students are being formulated, indicating the growing need for foreign human resources in Japanese society.
Aiming to produce highly skilled foreign human resources, ISI Global Inc. will further contribute to Japanese society by training foreign human resources who can be immediately effective and by planning new services such as corporate training.
(*1)Based on a career road map created after clarifying goals based on individual desires, aptitudes, and abilities, the program provides support to help students achieve their goals by improving each student’s necessary Japanese language skills and providing appropriate career guidance.
