Short term course plus General Japanese Language course

*This course is only for students from OECD countries who can get temporary visiting visa.

Application procedure

Applicants need to apply long term and short term courses together. Please submit application for long term and short term course together. Please download application forms here

School examines your documents. If any corrections are required, we will contact you. Please correspond promptly.

After examining documents again, the school will issue short term tuition and long term admission fee invoice to successful applicants. Please transfer the admission fee by due date.

School will send admission letter for short term course as soon as the tuition fee is transferred. At same time, school will submit the application documents to the immigration bureau on behalf of students, then send admission letter for the long term course.

Please inform us of your date of arrival, and flight information.

Arrival to Japan 'Congratulations on your entry to Japan! '

2 months after arrival, the Immigration bureau will issue a Certificate of Eligibility. School will inform the student of the result and issue invoice for long term tuition and schedule.

Please transfer school fee by due date.

As soon as the school fee is transferred, school staff will take you to the Immigration Bureau to change your visa status. (if you plan to go back home, please get the visa at the local Japanese embassy/consulate in your country.)
